Protein House accepts returns within 24 hours of receiving your order, and products can be exchanged within 3 days of receipt.

 The products must be in their original condition—unused and unopened—and kept in their original packaging.

Please note that products included in clearance offers are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Completing the return process requires a receipt or proof of purchase.

Additional fees for returns or exchanges may apply, depending on return costs, taxes, or applicable charges.

 

Refund

Refund procedures: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically issued to your credit card or original payment method.

Delayed or missing refunds: If the refund is delayed, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company and your bank.
If you have made all these efforts and still have not received the amount, please contact us.

Return shipping

You may request a product return within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange the return process based on your request. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, after deducting the return fees.

Return during shipping: If you wish to return the product while it is in transit, you must first coordinate with the shipping company. If they approve the request, operational fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

However, if the shipping company refuses to return the shipment, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel your order.
